Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to UK Mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may take longer and incur additional charges. If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, we will notify you at checkout or via email.


Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.

  • We partner with reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), DPD, and Yodel for most deliveries.


Missed Deliveries or Incomplete Address

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be returned to us.

  • Redelivery may incur additional postage charges.


Delayed or Missing Parcels

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Adverse weather

  • Courier issues

  • Peak periods (e.g. holidays, Diwali, Christmas)

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of your dispatch notification at support@desiibasket.com.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@desiibasket.com.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Bank Holidays & Festive Periods

Please allow extra time for delivery during UK bank holidays and busy seasonal periods. Processing and delivery times may be affected.
